Many thanks for the clarifications made thus far on the constitutive
document and am pretty sure that really helps to allay some of our fears.
Like your rightly said, it is just a piloting process and subject for
review after two years.
In my view therefore, base on what what lessens we learn within the two
years period, would give us a more clear path for making amends to areas
we see severe deficits in.
I actually made some comments on the document but will not send it again
as we need to move on.
Let me once again thank all of you for the brilliant inputs thus far and
especially Gillan for ushering this very delicate process.
