Well, here I am trying to get things started in a clinic for the indigent
patients.  However, in order to keep our books straight, I need to do billing as
if for insured patients.  Question: Is the UCLA Lactation Alumni still supplying
bills with diagnosis, etc.?  Do I have the correct address?
