This was my thought as well.  Because the breastmilk flows through the
nipple faster than the formula maybe she is eating too fast, and also I
might also think, being fed too much. Since she is also spitting up some of
the ABM.  But the ABM is heavier and therefore is harder for the baby to
expel, perhaps?
