This made me think of the time when we had our trees inspected by three
different companies:  all three companies identified the same 5 trees that
needed to go.  Their prices for removal varied, of course, but we were very
impressed that they all agreed on the trees.  So at least the arborists (if
that's the correct term) as a profession have some criteria and practice
guidelines they all use.
