Don't know who posted not about fussy baby who had no ear infection but
milky fluid behind eardrums.  I printed the post, but lost the page with
the name and address.

My kids had problems with this--can cause both pain from the pressure
and temporary hearing loss.  Antihistamines can be very effective.
During cold season, I gave them routinely to at least one of my kids and
seemed to help prevent infections.

Don't know if this was a good idea, but it worked for us.
Pediatricians, what do you think?
