Baby number one (1996)- 6 years and 2 months-weaned when I became pregnant
with #3, says he remembered the awful taste from me being pregnant before
and couldn't stand to do it again!
Baby number two (1999)-6 years, weaned on her birthday, never looked back...
Baby number three (2003)- is still nursing at 5 and says he will quit at
6...however I wonder as I don't have much milk left and he only nurses 1-2
times a day now.

I have always wondered if tandem nursing keeps them nursing longer as the
milk is still readily available and then with the last it may or may not
last as long (nursing) because the milk naturally dwindles in supply until
nothing is left...though I guess some kids would dry nurse regardless!!
