Given no obvious reason, I'd be thinking coincidence. The baby is only two weeks old. Plenty of babies bring back milk after a feed. Maybe the mother is calling this 'vomiting' when it's only posseting. Maybe the times the baby hasn't done this it was formula, but it was just chance.
