Claudia, what's this mom's milk supply look like?   I have very, very stingy
let-downs myself (why does it seem like I've been chatting about my letdown
troubles on lactnet all week??) but it's only really unbearable in connection
with oversupply -- too much milk pressing down on that delicate internal
tissue, breasts are over-full, etc.

But as a new mother (especially one who planned to return to work) my
nightmare was too *little* milk, so it never occurred to me for a long time
to complain that I had too much.   If I had been a telephone consult my LC
would never have known.
