If necessary, could lawyers be used to negotiate a resolution/terms for
correction of misinfomation, instead of actually bringing forth a lawsuit?

If CH would correct the misinformation without being forced, that would be
preferable. Say, as in, hiring an IBCLC script consultant for the next few
shows.

As far as showing harm to bring a lawsuit: Would public perception/image
count? Considering that the BFHI portrayal was so incorrectand/or misleading.
Or ability to conduct business?, ie: as a result of the CH show, hospitals
decide not to initiate efforts toward Baby Friendly status, or some hospitals
with an intent to become Baby Friendly withdraw their BFHI application, or the
public image of the role and competence of Lactation Consultants was damaged.

Would a strongly worded letter from Wellstart, LLLI and ILCA, or their lawyers
if necessary, encourage CH to correct misinformation in the story line, as
part of the script of future shows?
