   the simple answer is no... but the more complex is that if the  physicians 
are concerned enough to tell mom that she must obstain from all  sexual 
activity then one might suggest not breastfeeding. the oxytocin release  at this 
time is not great enough to cause a mis carrage _ GENERALLY!
