It's goooood, long, but a great read so far (only skimming and reading
things that interested me more than others)


It mentions the 10 Steps - what a great idea ! lol


Action # 6 is all about ensuring the Code is followed.  What an idea!

# 2 - develop program for dad's and grandparents

# 11 - ensure access to ICBLC

# 13 paid maternity leave (I'm gooo glad I have this in Canada)
