Hi all, I heard someone say something at the ILCA conference that
intrigued me, but I can't remember who and I can't remember exactly what
: )

It was something to the effect that it's the mothers who don't
breastfeed who should take prenatal vitamins, mothers who do breastfeed
make better use of micronutrients from their bodies stores and food
sources.

I'm supposed to make a few remarks regarding maternal nutrition in
lactation and what I don't want to do is get up there and start with the
whole you need 500 extra calories every day yada yada...

Could someone bring me up to speed real quick? Thanks!
