Has anyone seen stretch marks develop on the breasts of a woman who has had
saline implants - is it possible?

This lady had her implants 4 years ago for small breasts (B cup). I saw her
day 7 postnatally when she had engorgement, blocked ducts and cracked
nipples ( due to poor positioning and attachment ). Her breasts had approx.
12 red lines radiating from the areola up into the breast. The lines were
uniform and straight, not following a blood vessel and around the whole
breast (both). The GP had prescribed antibiotics (? mastitis) but the red
lines have not resolved. She is now 3 weeks postnatal, asymptomatic of
mastitis, breasts soft and nipples healed. Could the lines be stretch marks?

Thanks for enlightenment
