Oh, Pam that was so funny and so true.

I recall very clearly a workshop session with a pair of cartoons. One
showed the scenario you describe (though you forgot the special nursery
glider chair).  The other showed the mom breastfeeding.  Plain chair, no
pillows, no gadget.  BUT there was a hovering attentive husband and a
proud grandmother bearing food.  And the BF was going fine.

Those are the accessories that are essential to breastfeeding:  support.
