I'm unaware of resources, unfortunately.  I have a close friend whose 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with West Syndrome at 9 months and then epilepsy.  She breastfed until 14 months and did not try keto until age 2.5.  When I visited shortly before that, I asked my friend out of curiosity if she had heard anything about keto and nursing.  She said that babies in their neurology practice in NYC were weaned to a specialty formula if they had to try keto.  This baby's diet was limited to 10 grams of carbohydrates per day and was very strict on the ratio of fats to proteins.  Breastfeeding, with its lack of measurement in amount and milk composition, would be incompatible.  There is no good answer, to my knowledge, on the longterm risks of seizures versus the longterm risks of not breastfeeding.  It would be a rather difficult thing to study.  Keto is typically a last resort in babies who are already severely delayed and have exhausted medication options.
