Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions for you, Tricia, but I wanted to share my 2#:

I cannot speak to someone else's powerpoint. The facts may be the same, but my thoughts run a bit differently, perhaps I would like a different order of the slides, I would emphasize something else more etc, etc to the point where the ready powerpoint I got is of no use to me. 

I would really encourage you to make your own so you would be comfortable using it and talking to it.
