I agree with Anne.  My first reaction to BWC's message about levels was OH
NO.  The levels of nurses is confusing, and devisive.
I'd like to see better prep, however we are still stuck with folks in
isolated situations that will  need exceptions of some sort or alternative
ways to fullfil requirements.  I wish we could measure attitude and
dedication besides "book and clinical" learning.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
