Whew!  This one had me gasping for breath.  This is really the big
difference, I think, between all around bf supporters like me, and IBCLCs
like yourself:  I can counsel about latch, positioning, frequent feeding etc
until the cows come home, but I just don't have anything like the breadth of
knowledge necessary to get a grip on more complicated and, frankly,
dangerous, cases like this one.

But reading about them makes me so much smarter about the ones I CAN handle
that I love it when you guys keep posting them!
