Hi Fiona,
Things always come in 3s my mother says! Maybe the next 3 will be easy:)
I hate to sound like a broken record - but sounds mainly like thrush to me.
Especially the spot on the nipple - maybe keep going with the Gentian
Violet and oral antifungals. Perhaps dermatitis is still a problem too.
