Yes, that was my first thought as well. I asked her about what happens
during a feed and about switching sides and she said that the baby made it
clear she wanted to switch sides after a couple of minutes on her own. So, I
asked questions to find out if she had a forceful let-down to see if the
baby was letting go because of this and the mom was taking it as "wanting to
switch". Mom states that she doesn't have much leaking at all during
nursing nor did she ever have engorgement.

I mostly just wanted to check up on her orange-yellow bm. And wanted to hear
some inf. on these simethecone drops. I seem to have a lot of moms giving
these to their "gassy, colicky" breastfeeding babies. They also all swear
that they work.
