Our hospital has recently started purchasing breast pads with a center liner
of plastic. I know that Riorden & Auerbach state that plastic holds in
moisture and can enable yeast growth. I'm faced with a rumor that that isn't
true "according to the literature". Anyone out there know of any studies
along this line? Thanks.
