The most important thing to remember as a milk-expressing business traveler
is that you ARE a business traveler. You are the very person that the
business-travel business is trying to woo. So don't apologize for what you
need: ask for it briskly, because you are liable to get it.

For example, tell people running meetings -- especially hotel or conference
center personnel -- that at break times you will need the use of a small
private room with an outlet. Probably they will assume you need to call
your broker, check your email, etc. Let them -- it's not their business why
you need it -- it's their business to provide it.

Similarly, if you tell them that you will need a small refridgerator in your
room, they will probably assume that you are a diabetic or otherwise carrying
medication. Fine -- as long as they give you the fridge.

So don't forget to use those resources, and don't be shy about asking for
them. Once you get them, certainly do explain why you wanted them -- so that
you educated the people you deal with. But when you are asking, **just ask,
don't explain.**
