Jan, 

You are in this profession because you have a huge wealth of knowledge to
share. I saw you speak (before I knew who you were) at the WALC conference
in Appleton Wisconsin last year and you inspired me. I cant wait to do half
of the things you have done and know half of the things you know. I cant
wait to help half of the mothers you have helped. You have touched many more
people than me in your career, I am sure. If you are old:) and you do
retire, know that you have made a difference.
