Dear Dr. Vaughan and Ms. Morrison,

May I thank you both for your respectful yet determined debate on recommendations about breastfeeding and HIV/AIDS? I am guessing that it is uncomfortable for you both, yet you are both obviously passionate about serving mothers well. This topic is one that I have followed in the past, but I have read your posts with interest and have now an even clearer view of the matter and feel well-equipped to assist families dealing with HIV/AIDS who might be asking about breastfeeding. Please keep up the valuable discussion!
