It is quite possible that *that book* referred to in the recent posts
is not from Australia, but I was sent a book from Australia, with a
very similar, if not identical, title.  I'm sure from the comments on
Lactnet that the thrust of the book is the same.  I even wrote to the
publisher in Australia what I thought of the book.  This was a few
years ago.
