I think you are right to be concerned about a baby who is receiving adequate 
supplementation but not voiding adequately. Are you concerned that there is 
something more going on with the baby - as in a possible medical condition 
that is being missed? Perhaps a second opinion from a different pediatrician is 
needed. Or are you concerned that there is something deeper going on with 
the mother - maybe she is charting/saying one thing and practicing another? 
In which case I would think a referal to a therapist, as suggested earlier by 
another poster, would be appropriate.
