I am responding to the list with this because in my area this is becoming more prevalent. So perhaps we can all have a small list of references so as not to abandon non-traditional parents and perhaps empower them as we would any mother or couple.

I have also had some lesbian couples/dual lactating moms and helped them with finding similar positive media.

For the parenting I would suggest Hip Mama magazine, they also have a website. 
Books by the publisher also include/embrace/normalize gay parenting:
The Hip Mama Survival Guide, The Mother Trip, and Breeder. 

Also, on Amazon.com you can find many titles if you enter "lesbian parenting" such as  For Lesbian Parents by Suzanne Johnson.

A newer book that includes breastfeeding and AP parenting is 

The Ultimate Guide to Pregnancy for Lesbians: Tips and Techniques from Conception to Birth: How to Stay Sane and Care for Yourself by Rachel Pepper.
