Some of you may remember the launch of the Breastfeeding Network in the UK.
Today we're launching a national phone line - 0870 900 8787 - which will
allow callers from anywhere in the UK to make a single call, find out
whether they have a Breastfeeding Network Supporter in their area, and if
they have their call goes straight through to her.  The service operates 365
days a year, 9:30 am to 9:30 pm.  Calls are charged  at the standard
national rate.

This is a first in the UK - calls are transferred automatically - no
intermediate person looking up lists, or message with lists of names and
numbers.
