Hi there. Just recommend to her that she consult with another physician,
either Pediatrician or oral surgeon who might understand the effect that
this problem can have on breastfeeding.  Refer her to Ruth Lawrence MD's
book and clinic number, or to Jack Newman MD's book or email for
