Hi Alicia- has she tried the White River soft cup?  I
tried one yesterday and found it to be a very
different experience than the medela pumping shells.
It's supposed to "grasp" the aereola behind the nipple
and is flexible so it can do that, in theory.

It may take some practice to keep it in place, but
after she gets the hang of it, it shouldn't be too
bad.  I have no idea how the White River pumps might
work though.
