It was Priscilla Bornmann who was one of the lawyers who wrote the article for JHL and was the attorney representing the plaintiffs in this case.  I believe the hospital in question was in Washington DC.

Ms. Bornmann has provided legal counsel for LLLI, ILCA and IBLCE.
