Congrats on a wonderful unit! Most nicu's are so archaic (not 
technology-wise, but family-wise) and I have seen nurses actively discourage 
parents from visiting. Why?
I encourage you whole-heartedly to publicize your unit and whoever 
participated in designing it and getting it to fruition. I would love to see 
some specials in TV and print media about your unit and any others like it.
