Of course this is what the companies claim, but being identical to
breastmilk is pie in the sky.  Will they have the part cow / part human
which produces the milk living in the house with the baby, and following it
everywhere on a rope tied to the stroller? How else will they ensure the
antibodies are specific to the antigens the baby is exposed to (as mother's
milk is).

Even time they add another ingredient that they claim brings it closer to
human milk, the cost goes up. By the time they add in the thousands
currently missing, who will be able to afford it? And why bother?
