Sounds totally familiar, (where I work, too.)   I was just trying to find information on 
studies shown to counter this practice, today.  I was looking on the Lieberman (Academy for 
Breast Feeding Medicine),  site (free for the month of August), but was not able to readily 
come up with any recent studies there.  If anyone can site any, please direct me (us).
