Hi everyone,
Is posture feeding in or out?? I am still happy to suggest it to
clients with an overactive letdown reflex or oversupply, but tell
them to be cautious and not over use the tecqnique. I heard from a
child health nurse trainee yesterday that they have recently been
taught that it is outdated and simply by feeding from one breast a
feed, the mum will be ok.
Also what do you call posture feeding, I mean what positions are
suggested. I am just trying to find out the different things that
people try.
