In Lisa Marasco's study, only 33% of the women with PCOS has low milk
supply, so that leaves two thirds that won't.  This is where it really
helps to look at the whole picture.  Are the breasts normal or
hypoplastic?  If they are normal, is there palpable glandular tissue?
Is there good veining?  Extremely soft breasts with little glandular
tissue and little postpartum veining is a red flag...
