Every smoker can give you a list of the benefits of smoking cigarettes, and
for him or her, those benefits are quite compelling. Does this hospital also
provide handouts on these benefits?

This list seems remarkably familiar to me, being pregnant again and noticing
various pregnancy magazines. Whenever "the choice" is covered, these same
ridiculous "benefits" of bottle-feeding come up. Just recently I was in an
OB's office (not my own doctor) that's located within a nearby hospital, and
along with all the lovely supportive breastfeeding information on the wall
there was a stack of packets apparently put out by Gerber. Each packet
contained Nestle's Very Best Baby magazine (I didn't realize Nestle and
Gerber were partnering, not that I am shocked), and a seemingly objective
magazine on labor and delivery. It covered the benefits of bottle-feeding in
very similar ways. Ugh. Women are being misled.
