It is my experience that women who don't enjoy breastfeeding and are not
committed to breastfeeding will find some reason or another to discontinue
it. They need to rationalize it to themselves and the rest of the world.
In the process they can do some damage to the uninitiated. I was told by a
wise LC that some women will walk on fire to be able to breastfeed
(others would just as soon give up).
