Hi Marsha,

I would love to get a copy of the article. You probably don't remember me,
but I called you when I was trying to get rid of the bags at our hospital
and you were so helpful that it went through without a hitch. Of course, it
also helped that we are in the same hospital system as Dr. Lawrence. I am
happy to report that our hospital has been bag-free since January 1, 2006
and I have really been meaning to call and thank you for all your good work.
I would love to have a copy of the article just so that I may reinforce our
actions with the nurses (some of whom still look forlorn) and also it will
help administration feel good about themselves.
