Has she tried a mid-potency topical steriod? Sometimes the "stuff" in blebs are immune cells that get stuck in there as part of an inflammatory response. It is still important to get it all cleaned out, but the steriod cream may be helpful. If she uses Dr. Newman's, there is a steriod component to the cream. If not, an OTC may be helpful.
