don't get too upset with a toddler of this age who is not interested in
eating solids.i had a friend who's daughter would eat any solids that had
lumps in it,everything had to mashed, strained or grounded up.She was a
breastfeeder who would take bottles either when Mum was at work and left EBM
for her.went straight to cup.
She would however, eat Macca's french fries, nuggets and burgers.
She came from tall parents and was of slight build but is now about 11yrs
,her weight is now right for her height and age.

I remember back when my 11yr old was a baby there was an English programme
on 2yr olds and feeding habits, parents were complaining because they
couldn't get their kids to eat a variety of things. They would only eat the
same things for days before they changed to something else.
The woman ,think she was a pediatrican, presenter said not to worry as long
as the child was healthy and growing, eventually the child would change their
feeding habits and begin to eat normally.Over a period of time they would
obtain all the nutrients and calories they needed even if it wasn't in a
whole meal.

I certainly get sick of making vegemite sandwiches for my kids but I found
they were more willing to graze on small snacks rather then a big meal at
this age.
