I too heard Dr. Gordon speak in July.  We did have a discussion of this
on Lactnet shortly thereafter.  It seemed to me that Dr. Gordon believes
that all insufficient milk is due to lactation mismanagement.  If we are
trying to find out any metabolic or genetic factors his is not the talk
to look at.
