Does anyone have any experience of the use of Venlafaxine for pnd. ?

Mother is breastfeeding for the first time (4th baby) because it has a heart
defect and was told breastfeeding woull ensure its optimum health before op.
However she now had pnd and has been prescribed Venlafaxine and is worried how
it will affect baby.
Info in Medications and Mothers milk is limited, not surprisingly

Any help would be appreciated
