Hi All
IF you live in New York State, do you get a letter from the hospital you
are delivering  in saying it is law for your baby to have prophylactic eye
drops at birth & that before you can breastfeed,your baby must have a
glucose  suck swallow test?Are they also separated for a physical exam
which parents cant attend?Is this before or after their first breastfeed?If
its true,how can a mother legally refuse this?Thanks for your help
