I was also thinking this is a hoax or a scam. If I was going to reply, I
would write something like this. But I actually don't plan to write them:

Contact between a doctor and a naked baby is sexual, therefore obstetricians
,pediatricians, nurses and others are no longer allowed to attend births,
assist births, nor examine babies, unless said baby is fully clothed.
Contact between a baby and a mother's uterus is sexual, therefore pregnancy
is now illegal.
Contact between an adult and a baby's naked body is sexual, therefore
bathing babies and children is illegal. Also no diapers can be changed.
Research is now being undertaken so that if a woman becomes illegally
pregnant, clothing can be put on her fetus.
Robotic birth attendants, obstetricians, neonatologists, and pediatricians
are being developed. Robotic child bathers and baby changers are also in
development.
