360-362.
It describes Jan's adventures in getting a 10 day old baby the same week she 
discovered she was pregnant.  Basically she used a Lactaid and formula fed 
at the breast.  She wasn't nursing another  older baby at the time.  She 
felt that the adopted baby was getting something other than formula (BM s) 
but didn't obsess about it.  Then tandem nursed both babies, 7 mo old and 
newborn.
