Robin Glass and Lynn Wolf indeed wrote a chapter in SSS, the one on flow
dynamics... They keep talking about revising their own book, but are very
busy with their hospital practice and their workshop.

This is great, but is SSS standard reading for most SLTs? That would be
awesome.( In fact I should recommend it to the SLT I have been working with
recently.) I was thinking that them revising their own book would reach
more OTRs and SLTs... I may be wrong ( which would be great) but it seems like
IBCLCs and LLLLs are more interested in cross-learning from other
disciplines, than the other disciplines are towards LLLL/IBCLC-centered areas of
knowledge and expertise. For those of you who speak internationally and around
the US of A, do you find more healthcare professionals from other
disciplines attending IBCLC, LLLI, and those kinds of conferences? Perhaps "the
times they are a'changin' " ?"
Peace,
Judy
