Racheal, i too waited until after the shot was given to then soothe the boys
by breastfeeding. My pedi at the time didnt appreciate it because i tied up
one of her rooms longer the than "usual" because of the extra feeding, but
she got over it because my boys absolutely love her and have good memories of
her as their doctor.
