Are you ref to arnica or homeopathic arnica?  Homeopathic arnica is
a good first aid remedy for any trauma.  For engorgement which is
turning into infection - breasts are swollen, red streaks, hot...
homeopathic belladona is a good remedy - 6C or 30C even every hour.
