Help please for this mom:  Deep Freezer failed and about 30 bags of milk
thawed either totally or partially.  Mom has thrown out the totally thawed
but desperately wants to hang onto the ones in the back that appeared to not
have thawed at all or at best just a little.  What should she do?  I know the
current recomendation but what can happen  if she does use partially
re-frozen milk?  she asked me this and I didn't have an answer.  Are we
talking freezer burn or botcholism?  Help fast!!
